Privacy policy
This policy is a draft. It describes how the interest form on this site works today. It is still under review.
What we store
The interest form stores your email address and the option you choose, and — if you provide them — your name, your organization, and anything you write in the optional message. With each submission we store a consent record: the exact statement you agreed to, its version, and a UTC timestamp.
For abuse prevention we also store a salted hash of your IP address and a truncated browser user-agent string. The IP address itself is not stored, and the hash cannot be reversed into an address.
Why
To write back to you as you asked, to understand who is interested and why, and to keep automated abuse off the form. This is not sold or shared.
One confirmation message, then nothing else until you say so
Sending the form does not put you on a list. We send one confirmation email. Only an address whose owner opens that message and confirms is marked confirmed. Any future message goes only to confirmed addresses. An address that never confirms receives nothing further.
How long we keep it
If you never confirm, we remove your email address and any optional details after 30 days. Only the dated consent record remains, and it cannot be connected back to you. A confirmed address is kept until you withdraw.
Withdrawing
Every message we send carries a link to withdraw, and it works without signing in. Withdrawing stops everything immediately.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party analytics, and embeds no trackers of any kind.
